The agreement between you and searchnapply.com. It is written to be read, not skimmed past — the short version: be honest with your account, pay for what you subscribe to, and your data stays yours.

1.Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using searchnapply.com (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2.What the Service is
searchnapply.com aggregates job postings from publicly available sources, lets you set up monitors for roles you care about, and helps you prepare application documents such as tailored resumes. You submit applications to employers yourself — searchnapply does not apply on your behalf.
3.Not an employment agency
searchnapply is a software tool, not an employment agency, staffing firm, or recruiter. Using the Service does not guarantee an interview, an offer, or a hire. We are also not a consumer reporting agency and perform no background checks; nothing we provide may be used to determine eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, or housing.
4.Your account
Provide accurate information and keep your password secure — you are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
5.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
6.Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through our payment provider, Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Beyond that, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
7.Your content
Your profile, resume content, and application answers stay yours. You grant us the license needed to store and process them to run the Service — for example, to generate your application documents.
8.AI-generated documents
Documents such as tailored resumes are generated by AI from your profile data and may contain errors. Review every document before using it or submitting it to an employer — you are responsible for what you send.
9.Job posting data
Postings come from third-party sources and can change or close without notice. We work to keep listings fresh, but we do not guarantee their accuracy or availability, or that any application leads to a response.
10.Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no automated scraping of our data, no reselling access, no unlawful content, and no attempts to disrupt or probe our systems. You also agree not to use the Service in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.
11.Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its software belong to us or our licensors. These Terms grant you use of the Service, not ownership of any part of it.
12.Copyright and IP complaints
If you believe a resume, profile, or posting on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice identifying the material to info@searchnapply.com. We will investigate and remove infringing material where warranted.
13.Termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable. If we suspend or terminate your account for a violation, you may appeal by writing to info@searchnapply.com within [30 DAYS].
14.Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
15.Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the [12 MONTHS] before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on liability for certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
16.Indemnification
You agree to cover our costs and damages from a third-party claim caused by false or misleading information you provided, including in your profile or resume content.
17.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced in the app or by email before they take effect; the date above always reflects the current version.
18.General
If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
19.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], and disputes are resolved in the courts of [VENUE]. If you live in the EU or UK, mandatory local consumer-protection law and your home courts apply notwithstanding this section.
